It's 'going to be devastating': Riders speak out against proposed busing cuts

TARTA service cuts proposed to take effect Dec. 30 would, among other things, threaten the livelihoods of people whose work starts early or ends late and make going to church on Sunday impossible, speakers at a midday hearing said.
