Isaiah 'Spike' Halsey (1928-2018)

Isaiah “Spike” Halsey, trained in welding — his trade and life’s work — at a Toledo vocational high school, who later served on an advisory group to a regional vocational high school, died Monday at Perrysburg Commons, where he had lived the last two years. He was 90.
