Interactive exhibit opens in West Toledo

The works of Randy Bennett, an oil painter and mixed media artist from Rudolph, Ohio, will be on display at the Art and Performance Center in West Toledo. 'Queen Mother Helen Moore, 2015,' painting by Mario Moore is part of the permanent collection of the Detroit Institute of Arts.
