Overall, the well-being of residents in the U.S. was unchanged in 2015, as compared with a year prior, according to the "State of American Well-Being" report , which examined well-being across 190 U.S. cities and all 50 states, released by consulting company Gallup and wellness provider Healthways. But in some places the well-being of residents differs significantly from others.
