Ice carving goes on despite warm Winterfest temps

As Matthew Larsen set up a makeshift freezer in the center of Levis Commons in Perrysburg, Jake Tyler fired the burners of his hot-air balloon just across the street, drawing the eyes of Winterfest attendees to the plumes of fire in the sky.
