I-75 stretch to reopen ahead of schedule

When the Ohio Department of Transportation shut down a short stretch of northbound I-75 in North Toledo in late May to replace two bridges after plans to maintain traffic during the work fell apart, it estimated a seven-month detour but cautioned that was very weather dependent.
