Human-trafficking victims still need more help

Ohio has passed four laws to battle human-trafficking laws since 2009, but the state continues failing many young trafficking victims by not providing needed services. That cautionary note underlined the 7th annual Ohio Human Trafficking Awareness Day, which attracted about 300 people today to the Statehouse.
