Hotel Seagate cleanup resumes, with renovation work put out to bid

Cleanup and minor demolition has resumed at the former Hotel Seagate in downtown Toledo, and the president of the company planning to redevelop the gutted building into a dual-branded hotel said Monday that contracts for that project are likely to be awarded next month.
