Hooray for the Toledo Zoo tunnel

When the Toledo Zoo released details in 2015 of a 10-year, $94 million capital-improvement plan that included new exhibits and historic renovations, there was one project that stood out: Reopening the pedestrian tunnel beneath the Anthony Wayne Trail.
