High court won't reverse ruling on Ohio "poll watchers"

COLUMBUS — The U.S. Supreme Court today refused to lift a stay issued by a Cincinnati federal appeals court over the weekend preventing a lower court order against Donald Trump campaign’s use of volunteers to monitor polling places on Tuesday.
