Hicks-Hudson supports Waniewski grant plan, Kapszukiewicz also in favor

Toledo Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson Wednesday said she supports a new $1 million taxpayer-funded grant program similar to one her one-time opponent — Councilman Tom Waniewski — promised during his failed mayoral bid and unsuccessfully tried earlier this year to insert into the city's 2017 budget.
