Hicks-Hudson, Kapszukiewicz file to run for mayor

Lucas County Treasurer Wade Kapszukiewicz and Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson on Wednesday turned in their candidate petitions at the Lucas County Board of Elections to run for a four-year term as mayor.
