Heroin, opiate forum scheduled next week

The Lucas County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board and the Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio will co-host a heroin and opiate community forum Jan. 23. The forum will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Zablocki Senior Center, 3015 Lagrange St., Toledo.
