HCR ManorCare receives time extension

BETHESDA, Md. — Landlord Quality Care Properties, Inc., said Monday it has agreed to give its primary tenant, HCR ManorCare, Inc., more time to respond to the Quality Care’s request to have the Toledo-based company placed into receivership.
