Groups Partner To Fight Heroin Epidemic

Several groups are joining forces to help fight Lucas County's growing heroin epidemic. Public health experts and community agencies launched the Lucas County Heroin and Opiate Initiative Monday, an effort to identify trends in drug use and get help for addicts.
