Group is seeking an independent panel on Russia

Members of Indivisible Toledo delivered hundreds of signatures to U.S. Sen. Rob Portman’s downtown Toledo office Tuesday asking for an independent bipartisan commission to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
