Groundbreaking on $700M iron-refining plant in E. Toledo set for next year

Groundbreaking is planned early next year for a $700 million iron-refining plant in East Toledo that will employ more than 100 people once it opens and require 1,200 construction workers to build, project officials announced during a news conference Tuesday afternoon.
