Great Lakes-area officials, residents plot how to proceed

Trump Administration proposals to gut Great Lakes programs drew the ire of Toledo-area elected officials and dozens of its residents Thursday, turning what was planned as a “town hall” into more of a rally and strategic planning session of 100 people inside the National Museum of the Great Lakes.
