Governor urges hearing in Noe clemency bid

COLUMBUS — Gov. John Kasich has asked the Ohio Parole Board to convene a hearing on a request for clemency on behalf of Tom Noe, the central figure in Ohio’s high-profile Coingate scandal years ago.
