Governor to sign Planned Parenthood cut

COLUMBUS — Just as Gov. John Kasich takes his presidential campaign from moderate New Hampshire to conservative South Carolina, the Ohio House Wednesday sent him a bill he has pledged to sign to cut off the last $1.3 million in funding the state sends to Planned Parenthood.
