Governor candidate promises top official in office for Great Lakes

Betty Sutton, a Democratic candidate for governor, promised she would create a position specifically for Great Lakes issues in the governor’s office and promised to address the algae threat to Lake Erie with a high level of urgency, in a campaign stop Thursday in Toledo.
