Get-out-the-vote rally leans heavily Democratic

The nonprofit Neighborhood Health Association is making its property next door to the Lucas County Board of Elections available for a “Get Out the Vote” rally set for Saturday that is heavily Democratic in sponsorship and promotes re-election of a Democratic candidate.
