George E. Flack, 1925-2016: WWII veteran was mayor in Metamora

METAMORA, Ohio — George E. Flack, a Navy veteran of World War II who became a council member and mayor in his adopted hometown and owned an insurance agency, died Friday in Sunset Retirement Village, Sylvania Township. He was 91.
