Geoffrey A. Cottier (1947-2018)

Geoffrey A. Cottier, 70, a lawyer with a Toledo practice who for more than 35 years was magistrate of Defiance County Common Pleas Court, died Friday in St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee.
