Gary J. Locker (1946-2016): Draftsman began area Civil War discussions

Gary J. Locker, an architectural draftsman whose grasp of detail also served his longstanding interest in Civil War history, died Friday in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg Township. He was 69. Mr. Locker, who lived in Wood County's Lake Township, had congestive heart failure the last 25 years, during which he received pacemakers and underwent bypass surgery, his wife, Barbara, said.
