Gary A. Preckler (1947-2016): Oil trader in N.Y. became Sunoco supply marketer

Gary A. Preckler, who moved from the fast pace of oil trading for international companies to sales management for a western New York energy firm and then for Sunoco and its Toledo-area refinery, died Sunday in Swanton Valley Center. He was 68.
