Gallery: 36 new U.S. citizens sworn in

Retired U.S. District Court Judge Vernelis Armstrong presided over a naturalization ceremony Wednesday at the Toledo Museum of Art’s Glass Pavilion, swearing in 36 new citizens from 18 different countries.
