Funds OK’d for MLK Plaza work

The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority Board of Directors unanimously authorized funds Thursday for more renovations in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Plaza and to redevelop the Museum Place apartments, amid complaints from one member that the board was neglecting the African-American population of Toledo.
