Fugitive Task Force asks public to be on the look out for sex offender

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in Toledo, Ohio is asking for assistance in the location of 26-year-old Ashton Lynn Mullens. Mullens is wanted by the Lucas County Sheriff's Office in Toledo for Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender.
