Free New Year’s Eve activities at park

The city of Toledo and the Metroparks of the Toledo Area will offer free New Year’s Eve activities today at the Ottawa Park Ice Rink, with an afternoon session geared toward children 12 and under and evening events aimed toward adults and teens.
