Francis M. Harris: 1933-2015

Francis M. “Frank” Harris, a longtime Northwest Ohio businessman who built and sold condominiums along the Lake Erie shoreline and owned his own golf course in Sylvania, died Oct. 5 in Petoskey, Mich. He was 82.
