Forum called in response to northwest Ohio fish kills

About 75 people are attending a Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments forum on manure management that began Monday afternoon, a meeting regional officials called in response to Blade articles about massive fish kills in Williams, Hardin, and Allen counties in August. A fourth large manure release was documented in a Mercer County stream, but state officials did not find fish carcasses there.
