Former Toledo Fire Inspector Banned from Firehouses

April 15--A former Toledo fire inspector found not guilty by reason of insanity in 2012 for firing a gun at two fire stations was granted a conditional release from the Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital on Thursday. Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Linda Jennings approved a plan for Kevin Wolever, 36, that calls for him to live in a group home and on electronic monitoring with a GPS tracking device.
