Former state corrections employee found competent to stand trial

FINDLAY — A former state corrections employee was found competent to stand trial following a psychiatric evaluation, but a Hancock County Common Pleas judge permitted him to undergo a second evaluation after he pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to holding a juvenile at gunpoint last year.
