Former Riviera Maia sold, owned by Contour Toledo, LLC

Larchmont Gardens, formally Riviera Maia, has been sold to Contour Toledo, LLC according to a press release from the City of Toledo. The City of Toledo reported they are glad the property is being developed to maintain property values and promote investment in the neighborhood.
