Former congressman Zack Space vies for Ohio auditor post

COLUMBUS — Zack Space argues that the auditor’s office should be wielded as a tool to crack open government to expose the kind of institutionalized corruption that he says allowed the now-shuttered Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow to bilk Ohioans of hundreds of millions of dollars.
