Former ambassador: U.S. shouldn't give up on Russia

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — A former U.S. ambassador to Russia told an audience of 120 people at the University of Michigan on Wednesday that the United States needs to stay engaged with Russia even though the bilateral relations — the worst since the Cold War — are not going to improve anytime soon.
