For coverage of teachers' pay raises, percentages not enough

Thomas Schoen of Toledo had a legitimate complaint about a May 27 story that reported a contract agreement between Toledo Public Schools and the teachers' union. The story correctly noted that the board unanimously approved a one-year contract that gave teachers a 5 percent raise.
