Floral designer led Polish folk dancers

Norman J. Beczynski, a floral designer with a knack for distinctive arrangements who was dedicated to the traditions of his Polish heritage and led a folk dance group, died Monday in Whitehouse Country Manor, where he was receiving palliative care. He was 80.
