Flooding's impact to gradually ease for Tiffin, St. Joseph rivers

STRYKER, Ohio — Significant flooding continued Thursday along the Tiffin River through this Williams County community as well as along the nearby St. Joseph River, but a forecaster said the waters’ impact will diminish as they flow toward the Maumee River.
