First Defiance posts record profit

DEFIANCE — First Defiance Financial Corp. on Monday reported a record year-end profit of $26.4 million, or $2.82 a share, for 2015, an increase of 8 percent from 2014 when the financial institution had a profit of $24.3 million or $2.44 a share.
