Fire leaves part of downtown without power

Toledo firefighters responded at about 8:55 p.m. to reports to flashes of light in the sky and fire alarms at the Toledo School for the Arts on 14th Street and at the YWCA on Jefferson Avenue. Firefighters said the fire involved an outdoor line in the 200 block of Lucas Street several blocks away and asked that Toledo Edison crews be dispatched.
