Fire Department promotes 5 to Lieutenant

Fire Chief Luis Santiago applauds, at left, as five members of the department are promoted to lieutenant during a ceremony in Toledo City Council chambers. The new lieutenants are, from right rear, Aaron Hague, Jennifer Hill, Raymond Rodriguez, Christopher Hehl, and Keith Szenderski. In addition to the promotion ceremony, awards were presented Thursday morning to firefighters, police officers, and civilians ‘for actions above normal duty.’
