Ferner rips city over lake concerns

Mike Ferner, a former Toledo councilman and two-time mayoral candidate, blasted the city of Toledo on Thursday for dragging its feet about asking federal authorities to designate Western Lake Erie as impaired, and also its choice of consultants on the issue.
