Ferner pushes street repairs

Mayoral candidate Mike Ferner took to the street on Thursday, planting himself and four supporters in the middle of Collingwood Boulevard to show his sign, which said “Fix the Damn Streets,” and to propose his plan to get more money to fix streets.
