Fermi 2 plant to remain shut down

FRENCHTOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — DTE Energy Co. says the reactor at the Fermi 2 nuclear power plant in southeastern Michigan will remain shut down as refueling and maintenance work is moved up.
