Feds: Terror suspect tried to kill judge

Saying he wanted U.S. District Court Judge Jack Zouhary dead — and did not want his body found — a man awaiting trial for providing financial support to the al-Qaeda terrorist network was charged Wednesday with trying to arrange the judge’s murder from his cell in the Lucas County jail.
