Federal bipartisan rail safety bill still stalled, citizens feel forgotten

Congress is back in session before it breaks for the November election, and some legislators are hoping to get a lot done while others hope to just get by, but for some Ohio residents, they hope the Senate will finally vote on the bipartisan rail safety bill.
