Fatal overdoses from fentanyl surge in Ohio

The lethal drug fentanyl fueled the rise in opiate-related drug overdoses in Ohio last year, and Lucas County is among counties with the highest number of fentanyl-related deaths, according to a new report released Thursday by the state health department.
