Falling for Soup aims to move Toledo forward

Toledo SOUP is back with its fall event, Falling For Soup, Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Collingwood Arts Center. Enjoy soup made by local chefs and listen to Toledoans share their ideas on how they want to move the city forward.
